About the event
Through chanting, song, and sound healing you’ll embody practices allowing you to drop beneath the distraction of your mind to the infinite reservoir of creative possibility within.
Manaar will lead a circle with the intention to get in touch with our bodies and minds and connect to heart consciousness.
In this integrative gathering we will:
1. Warm-up: Open to breath
2. Improvisation: Free your inner voice and sound with ease
3. Sacred Chant: Enter the sacred heart with Sufi Song-Chanting
Healthy snacks will be provided

Musical instruments are welcomed and some will be provided.

Cancellation
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 8 hours of the event start time unless particularly related to Covid
