About the event
Yoga for Beginners is our new class offering and will take place every Sunday from 11am to 12pm. Our opening class on Sunday, March 5th, 11AM-12PM will be a free event for all.
The class is a slowed down and gentle offering for those who are new to yoga. We will cover anatomy, alignment, options, variations, breathing, and mindfulness practices. This is a great class for those who want to jump start their yoga journey. It's also an opportunity for those who may want to brush up on certain asanas or postures with some guidance. Come join Klare as she guides you in a practice that is slowed down, gentle, and supportive in a relaxing atmosphere. Leave the yoga class feeling more compassionate and confident about your yoga practice.
Klare is a 200HR Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance and an Accessible Yoga Ambassador. She has practiced yoga on and off the mat for over 20 years. She has a wide range of experiences in different Eastern spiritual traditions and teachers. Klare's teaching style incorporates a philosophical lens of experimental and explorative aspects of body, mind, and breath connection with compassion as a foundation. She integrates body neutrality, strength building, range of movement, adaptive response, and mindfulness practices
