Alignment Based Yoga
Description
In our alignment based yoga class, the focus will be on perfecting each pose by focusing on alignment. This will be an interactive session where we will work through a variety of poses to uncover and discover new openings and spaciousness in our body and mind. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this class will bring you back into alignment and leave you feeling healthier, happier, and more centred. Please ensure to book tickets early (at least 2 hours prior to start time). Practitioner Bio: Gurjeet Bagri Gurjeet, originally from London UK, has a strong passion for yoga. He’s been practicing for over 8 years and teaching for 5 years after completing his 200hr teacher training in Costa Rica. He’s always continuing to learn and improve his practice as well as his teaching. He integrates breathe, movement and awareness in his classes
