Shakti Flow

Description

Shakti Flow is an invitation to embody the asana practice by drawing on the feminine energy that lives in each one of us. We call on the earth element to guide this energy, and we move our bodies with intention, and breath, and at the same time with the essence of creativity and empowerment. Each movement brings us into the present moment with the discipline of arriving on our mats, to connect, to practice, to honor and ultimately to surrender to our divine nature. In this practice we cultivate center, peace, and vitality, which we can then take off of our mats and into our lives. This class is open to all stages of life, wisdoms, and body temples. Note, there is a minimum of 2 people attendance for this class to run
