 We are a Yoga Studio and Wellness Space based in Downtown San Jose


We offer a variety of yoga and meditation classes, and host regular wellness events, with the intention of providing physical, mental and emotional support to the local community

Our Space

 We are located in the James Square building at


255 N Market St,  Suite 250, 

San Jose, CA 95110

The easiest way to get here would be from N San Pedro St. The entrance is just underneath the Shiva Yoga Wellness sign. There is a code to get into the building. Whenever you book any of our classes or events we will send you the code. As soon as you walk in, take the stairway, and we're the first suite on your right hand side.

The studio offers a free one week pass where you can try out all the classes. Booking is easy through their online system. The pricing plans for memberships are extremely reasonable and the best you will find in the south Bay Area. Street parking is free for evening classes and on weekends.
